Govt: of Kerala has allocated Rs 5 cr for developing a Mobility Hub at Kodimatha in Kottayam in the lines of a similar one in Vyttila, Kochi.
Rail, Road and Water way connectivity will be the hallmark of the Hub initially proposed by Sri. Jose K. Mani, MP. The proposal was to develop marsh lands in Kottayam by setting up a railway passenger terminal together with bus and boat terminals.
